Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. ZZE Tech LTD will match the shipping method and cover the shipping costs for replacement or exchange items. However, ZZE Tech LTD will not cover shipping costs for non-faulty or non-defective items. In such cases, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.

ZZE Tech LTD will only cover the shipping cost of returned items if the wrong item was sent to the customer.

Defective Goods Policy:

Defective returns can be sent directly to ZZE Tech LTD within 30 days from the invoice date. ZZE Tech LTD reserves the right to offer credit, replacement, exchange, or repair at its discretion.

Refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned goods are received and inspected. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds or exchanges.

Non-Defective Goods Returns Policy:

While ZZE Tech LTD is not obligated to provide refunds or credit notes for changes of mind or if the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere, returns are accepted within 7 days from the invoice date, subject to certain conditions. A restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. Please be aware that power adapters are not returnable; customers must ensure compatibility with their laptop or PC.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers labor, bank charges, and administrative time spent processing goods. Original shipping charges are not refunded for returned items.

ZZE Tech LTD reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date.
