12-Month Return-to-Base Warranty

We offer a 12-month return-to-base warranty on all products (unless otherwise stated). This warranty is valid for 365 days from the invoice date and ensures peace of mind with every purchase.

New Tech Accessories – Returns & Warranty

Brand new accessories (cables, chargers, earphones, screen protectors, power banks and other Tech & Gear items) are covered by a 14-day return policy for change-of-mind returns, provided items are unused and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Faulty new accessories will be replaced or refunded within 12 months of purchase. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by us.

Returns & Exchanges – 14 Day Policy

You may return or exchange any Refurbished or Pre-Owned product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and you can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the return window, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label.

Warranty Exclusions:

Your warranty will be void if the device has:

  • Physical or liquid damage
  • Been tampered with
  • Undergone unauthorised repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing

  • Claims cannot be accepted without valid proof of purchase

  • Our support team will respond promptly, typically within 24 hours
  • Important: We are unable to accept damage claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
