At ZZE TECH, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on all Pre-Owned and Refurbished products. Just ensure items are returned in their original condition along with the invoice or order confirmation.
12-Month Return-to-Base Warranty
We offer a 12-month return-to-base warranty on all products (unless otherwise stated). This warranty is valid for 365 days from the invoice date and ensures peace of mind with every purchase.
Returns & Exchanges – 14 Day Policy
You may return or exchange any Refurbished or Pre-Owned product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and you can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the return window, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label.
Warranty Exclusions:
Your warranty will be void if the device has:
- Physical or liquid damage
- Been tampered with
- Undergone unauthorised repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing

- The original receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email
- Claims cannot be accepted without valid proof of purchase

- Every device is carefully tested and securely packaged, but rare shipping damage can occur.

- We take great care when packing and shipping your device, but in the rare event that it arrives damaged:

- Our support team will respond promptly, typically within 24 hours
- Important: We are unable to accept damage claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
